The extraordinary situation in which we are immersed is leading to a very significant decrease in operations, if not total paralysis, for many companies. This happens as a result of forced closure, disruption of supply chains, cancellation of orders and/or fall in demand.

On account of this situation, practically all companies are facing the need to minimize the associated economic impacts to ensure their survival.

​

Among the most commonly used mechanisms for this are ERE and ERTE for ETOP (Economic, Technical, Organizational and/or Productive) causes.

​

Having an Independent Expert of maximum solvency and credibility, who performs an objective analysis of the situation and proves the existence of objective causes to justify the temporary resolution/suspension of contracts, can be decisive in the negotiation process with the staff and its representatives, multiplying the probabilities of success.
